Brrr! This was a frosty session! These clients deserve many props for being out in the chilly morning with me for their session, I didn’t even hear one complaint (even from the littlest member of the family!). The farm looks beautiful covered in frost!
For this session I tried out a new spot at one my favorite places! I arrived at the farm to find about 10 mini vans parked there from other families being photographed (eek!!), it is a very popular place for family photos (especially in the fall!). That is just too many distractions for a session with little ones so I brainstormed and remembered a spot that I had been eyeing at the same place but just off the beaten path. My clients were down with moving so we headed off to the other area. The light was perfect and I’m so glad I got out of my comfort zone! This family was great to work with, how gorgeous are those kiddos!? Definitely one of my favorite sessions from this past fall season!
This sweet family session was big in many ways…big in the number of people and big on laughs and love! I love the shots of the kids all together they really didn’t need much direction they just relaxed and had a good time-a photographers dream! The love between them all really shows in the photographs.
I met this family on a beautiful fall morning at my favorite spot. It took little miss a bit to warm up but once we did we got some great smiles out of her! so much love in these photos 🙂
Wow I can’t believe another fall is on the books! I am so honored each year to photograph so many wonderful families, I especially love the fall because that is when I have most of my repeat clients. I love seeing how much the kids have grown and changed since our last session. I am so blessed to do something I love for so many great people!
