I feel like I have had a newborn spurt the last couple of months, it’s been so amazing! I had this session at my studio in Rockville. This cutie was such a great model, great sleeper and easy to snuggle back to sleep the few times he did wake up. The props that his parents brought were so adorable, I love the monsters! Also we had a celebrity show up to pose with him 🙂 See if you can spot him!
This is my 4th session with this lovely family! We have done maternity, newborn, 1 year and now this little lady is a big 2 year old! This was my first session at Lake Needwood and I definitely have fallen in love with that location. I can’t wait to see how gorgeous it is in the fall. I think this is the most photos I have ever put in a blog post but I just love all of them and I couldn’t narrow it down. Can’t wait till next year’s session with these lovely folks!
I think this little guy might be the happiest child I have ever met. We had our “golden hour” session at the Glenview Mansion in Rockville, this was our second attempt. The first attempt a few days prior it was about 50 degrees and poor little man was shivering 🙁 I’m so glad we rescheduled because all these smiles were so worth it!
On a perfect May evening I met this beautiful couple at the Agricultural History Farm Park for a maternity session. Since the “farm” part of the park was in use I decided to finally use the field and trees that I had been eyeing for a while now for my session. The light was so beautiful, I love the golden hour! This session is one example of why I love to photograph during that magical time of day. I can’t wait to meet this little one when she makes her debut!
This little guy and his family were very sweet and he sure kept me on my toes 🙂 I love evenings at the farm!
